The Wright HoRMONE ReSET
Your hormones from "fine" to harmonised...
A four month hormonal reset so that your periods become manageable, pain-free and PMS quiet or gone. Your body working with you instead of against you.
💻 Online via Zoom | 🕒 4 months | ✨ Hormone Harmony beyond 'fine'
Your blood tests came back fine.
Your doctor told you your hormones are normal.
And yet you’re calling in sick on day one of your period because the pain makes it impossible to sit at your desk. You’re crying over nothing three days before your period arrives, snapping at your partner over things that wouldn’t normally bother you, watching yourself turn into someone you don’t recognise. You know something isn’t right. You can feel it.
A hormone panel is a snapshot. One moment in time. It tells you what your levels were at 9.30am on a Tuesday. It doesn’t tell you how those hormones are behaving across your entire cycle. It doesn’t show you whether they’re working in harmony or fighting each other. It doesn’t reveal the patterns your body has been running for years, the compensations it’s making, the places where the system has quietly learned to protect itself by staying out of balance.
You don’t have a hormone deficiency. You have a hormone disruption. And disruption doesn’t show up on a blood test the way a deficiency does.
Your body isn’t broken. It’s stuck in a pattern. And patterns can be interrupted.
What hormone disruption actually looks like.
Periods so painful you can’t function. Not “a bit uncomfortable.” Doubled over. Unable to work. Needing painkillers just to get through the first two days.
PMS that makes you feel like a different person. You’re irritable, weepy, anxious, angry, all of it, and you know it’s coming but you can’t stop it.
Cycles that feel unpredictable even when they’re regular. Spotting before your period. Clotting. Flooding. Cycles that used to be 28 days and are now 35, or 24, or something different every month.
Symptoms your doctor dismissed because your bloods were normal. Acne that suddenly appeared in your thirties. Weight that won’t shift no matter what you do. Exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix.
And underneath all of it, the quiet knowledge that something is off. You’ve been told everything is fine. But it doesn’t feel fine.
Why "fine" blood results don't mean your hormones are working
Your GP ran the standard panel. Probably FSH, LH, oestrogen, progesterone. Maybe thyroid. The results came back within range, so you were told everything is normal.
But here’s what that test didn’t measure:
How your hormones are working together, even if they are technically “normal.”
Whether your hormones are optimised for you.
Whether your liver is clearing used hormones efficiently, or whether they’re recirculating and building up over time.
Whether stress is keeping your cortisol elevated and stealing the building blocks your body needs to make progesterone.
Whether old patterns, compensations your body made years ago in response to stress, trauma, or illness, are still running in the background.
A blood test measures levels compare to an average. It doesn’t measure function. It doesn’t measure harmony. And it’s harmony that determines whether your cycle feels manageable or unbearable.
When your hormones are in harmony, your period arrives without drama. No debilitating pain. No emotional chaos in the days before. No flooding or clotting or wondering if this month will be different.
When they’re out of harmony, your body does what it can to compensate. But compensation has a cost. And eventually, that cost shows up as symptoms.
Why this keeps happening, even when you're doing everything right
You’ve cleaned up your diet. You’ve cut out caffeine, alcohol, processed food. You’re taking magnesium, vitamin B6, omega-3. You’re doing everything the internet told you to do.
And your periods are still agony. Your PMS is still running your life. Your body is still not responding the way you need it to.
It’s not because you’re doing it wrong. It’s because generic interventions don’t address disruption. They address deficiency.
If your body was simply low in magnesium, supplementing would fix it. But if your body is stuck in a pattern where it’s prioritising stress hormones over sex hormones, or where it’s clearing oestrogen too slowly, or where it’s learned to protect itself by keeping progesterone low, adding more magnesium won’t interrupt that.
You need something that reads the pattern your body is running and recalibrates the whole system. Not one hormone at a time. All of them. Together.
That’s what homeopathy does.
How homeopathy recalibrates hormone disruption
Homeopathy doesn’t add hormones. It doesn’t suppress symptoms. It doesn’t override your body’s intelligence.
It signals to your system that the pattern it’s running is no longer necessary. It gives your body permission to recalibrate.
I prescribe based on what your cycle is telling me. The colour of your bleed. The texture. The timing. Whether you spot before your period starts. Whether you have clots. How long it lasts. What your PMS looks like emotionally and physically. Whether your pain is sharp or dull, constant or cramping, and where exactly you feel it.
These aren’t incidental details. They’re evidence. Evidence of which hormones are dominant, which are deficient, and where the disruption is happening.
Your period is a monthly report card. Most practitioners don’t read it. I do.
Over four months, the remedies I prescribe will shift the pattern. Your body will start producing progesterone more efficiently. Your liver will clear used oestrogen more effectively. Your nervous system will stop prioritising survival and start prioritising balance. The pain will lessen. The PMS will soften. Your cycle will regulate.
Not because I’ve added anything your body didn’t already know how to make. Because I’ve removed the interference.
What happens in The Wright Hormone Reset?
Month one: Full assessment and initial prescription
We meet on Zoom. I take your full case. Fertility history, menstrual history, wider health, what you’ve already tried, your emotional experience of this. I’m listening for the pattern your body is running. After the session, you receive a prescription and order your remedies. You take it and observe. Your body begins responding.
Month two: First follow-up
We meet again. I want to know what shifted. What stayed the same. What your last period was like compared to the one before. Based on what you tell me, I adjust the remedy or prescribe a new one. We’re refining. Your system is recalibrating.
Month three: Deepening the shift
By now, changes are becoming visible. Your pain is less. Your PMS is quieter. Your cycle is starting to feel more predictable. We continue prescribing based on what your body is showing me. The pattern is loosening.
Month four: Consolidation
The work here is about making sure the changes hold. Your hormones are finding their harmony, we refine and adjust. We continue prescribing
What is included:
- Four private 1:1 Zoom sessions across four months.
- Individualised homeopathic prescribing after every session, based on what your body is showing me.
- Email support between sessions when you need clarity or have questions about what you’re noticing.
- A recalibrated hormonal system that supports conception instead of working against it.
What women say...
The Compass session gave me so much clarity. I finally felt heard and understood, and left with a clear plan.

Your body already knows how to create hormonal harmony. It’s been running a different pattern because at some point, that pattern kept you safe. We’re going to show it that the old pattern is no longer necessary.
Four months from now, your period arrives without fanfare. No calling in sick. No crying three days beforehand. No wondering if this month will be the one that finally feels manageable.
You’ll know. Because it will be.
